Hello there!
Seven years ago I packed my bags and headed north to make my dream of living on Skye a reality. The self-catering barn, Near Byre, is now renovated, and 20 Lochbay is open to bed and breakfast guests. I also began working the croft. I currently have ten sheep, as well as two pet pigs, Lucy and Linus. You are very welcome to help out at feeding times! Last year, sadly, Bramble decided it was time to leave us so, we welcomed new pup, Roobarb. You'll be sure to see her dashing around during your stay!
In my free time I like to climb and hike in the local mountains, as well as bike, paddleboard, fish and wild swim in the sea loch below. What an absolute privilege it is to live on Skye.
It is our real pleasure to welcome visitors from near, far and wide and to share the magic of Skye. Hope to see you here soon!
